www.theohbaby.com accepts returns within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded. (Items must be in the original packaging or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.) The following items are NOT returnable: hair accessories, furniture, personalized items, photo props, SALE items, and custom items.

Exchanges - All exchanges will incur a $5 handling fee.
Returns - If you choose to use the return label provided, $10 will be deducted from your total return amount when the return is processed. You also have the option to mail the package on your own to the following address, or drop it off at any of our store locations to avoid this deduction. If you are not using the label provided, please make sure your order number or packing slip is included with the return.

Once we receive your return package and confirm it's eligible for return, we'll process your refund and send you an email confirmation. Once processed, refunds typically take 3-7 business days to show up on your credit card.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective you will not be charged any additional handling fees to process.
